Going green is one of the hottest and most sustainable trends that has people wanting more and more!Here are some tips of the trade to be the most Eco-friendly!
1. Look for green/Eco friendly invitations and other paper
goods. Options include “tree free” paper made from hemp, cotton or even banana
peels!
2. Try to plan your ceremony and reception at the same venue
or at nearby venues to decrease emissions from driving.
3. Use real china, silverware and napkins. Disposable dining
ware creates a ton of waste at even a small event!
4. Give green favors! Try small bags of fair trade coffee
beans or small pots of seedlings.
5. Look for locally grown flowers and food! Choosing organic, locally
