April Fools potato cake.

We all love playing practical jokes.  Try this one.  Who doesn’t love cake?  Make a carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting.  The filling… mashed potatoes!  Yes, seriously.  It looks like real carrot cake so your victims do not realize that it odd until they taste the carrot cake and mashed potatoes.  See how many of your co-workers don’t say a thing because they do not want to hurt your feelings.
