We not only completely plan your event or wedding with you as a team,

customized to you? We're also a multi-generational family owned and operated
company in Denver Colorado serving all of Colorado and any US or International
destination. What does this mean to you? We have three generations assisting
you with ideas and concepts for every age of your guests.
Jennifer started planning events at a mid-range restaurant as the night
manager at the age of 16. While still in high school she also attended and
excelled at Red Rocks in their interior design classes. At the age of 18
Jennifer started working in one of Denver's premier Country Clubs in the catering
department. In this position she really honed in on her skills and knowledge of
how long it really takes to set up or turn a room for an amazing event, how
long it takes to plate up a buffet or sit down dinner, what it takes to serve a
group of guests, space requirements, décor elements and install and so
much more. Within a couple years, she was promoted to assistant to the head of
the catering and sales departments in the Country Club. In this position she
learned sales for the location, developed relationships with high quality
vendors in Denver and throughout Colorado, staffing needs, scheduling, time
lines, organizing and how to really listen to a client. As well as assisting in
planning and coordinating thousands of high end events and weddings, many times
several hundred at a time with multiple occurring on the same day and time.
Jennifer has planned and coordinated high style custom events and weddings for
Denver's elite such as the Broncos, both
John and Janet Elway,
the Av's and many more in their homes and in hot spots across the US and
Internationally. She's experienced in everything from small intimate gatherings
of 6 people to a few thousand of your closest friends. She and her team have
successfully executed custom and quality golf tournaments, fundraisers,
corporate events, haunted houses, elaborate weddings and more.

Will I lose
control of my own event or wedding if you are planning it for me?
No, of course not. A terrible event or wedding planner is one who takes
control away from you. That is not the point of event or wedding planning. The
point is being an extension of who you are and of your creativity. Your sense,
style, creativity, passion should be completely apparent throughout the entire
event or wedding. You are the focus of your event or wedding and it's totally
your day. You make all the final decisions along the way. We're just here to
help you fully achieve your potential and fully realize your dreams in ways
that you never even realized were possible! You will never, ever lose control.

My
event/wedding location already provides a Catering Manager and onsite
coordinator, why do I need another one?
Although most reception/event centers and some ceremony locations provide
their own wedding coordinator, they usually only handle all the details and
responsibilities that are related to their specific location. They are not
responsible for assisting you or planning your entire event or wedding such as
going dress shopping with you, attending all of your vendor meetings and
assisting you with vendor negotiations and assisting you with time line for
your sensational special occasion. We help you where you need it and when
you need it so you can enjoy the planning process and the party.

Will you work the
vendors I've already found or people I really want to work with?
Of course. We will work with your fabulous vendors and make sure that
they're the right fit for you. It is not necessary for you to only work with
the vendors and people we've worked with in the past, know and trust; however,
we do have amazing vendors at our fingertips that we can easily match to your
needs, when needed.
Do you take
credit cards and can we have a payment plan?
Yes. We happily accept all major credit cards. Each month your payment is
billed and you receive an invoice. That's how we do most of our business
actually. What also makes us different from others is that we can setup
automatic invoices and payments so that you never have to worry about when
payments are due or if you remembered to pay it, and you don't have to think
about paying us before the wedding. We can include payments to vendors in this
same manner if you would like.

Do you take
more than one event or wedding per day?
We only have one event or wedding per day or week per professional Planner
and Coordinator, depending upon the type of event. Your planner and coordinator
will only focus on your needs for your event or wedding per day. No others.
Your special occasion is the only one getting our attention on your event day.
We want our clients to have our undivided attention so that every need is met.
Who is not
going to benefit from our help planning your event or wedding?
We absolutely delight in helping our clients with their personal and
corporate events and love assisting our couples and their families that we work
with to create their dream events and wedding day, but we have to be a match
for one another if we're going to create the simply sensational day that you've
been dreaming of.
So, if you're a chronic doubting Thomas, don't understand the value of
having an event or wedding planner and coordinator, or have trouble seeing that
you absolutely deserve the most fabulous event or wedding possible, this is not
going to be a good fit.

How
does the planning process work?
- First you
schedule an appointment with Jennifer Lane through Sharon with the $50
initial appointment fee;
- We have an
initial "get acquainted" consultation to get to know each other,
ensure that we're a good fit for each other, and really discover your
vision for your special occasion. This meeting averages 1-2 hours;
- You choose
the planning package that you feel fits your budget and needs. Once the
retainer has been paid for the package of your choice, your initial
consult fee is rolled into your retainer payment;
- I'll
create the entire event or wedding based upon your vision and in your
budget on paper. This includes pictures, a description, every element and
it's pricing in the quality you expect.
- Together
we'll go through the project scope, each element and make tweaking or
changes to ensure that every final choice fits into your budget and each
element is exactly what you've been envisioning;
- Vendors
will be chosen based upon your personality, style and budget. Together
we'll attend vendor meetings and make product selections. You always have
the final say;
- Over the
next few months we'll create the time line, custom décor and floral design
elements, and attend to the details. If this is an event that requires
special designed entertainment, this is done during this time too;
- We'll
attend final vendor and location meetings together;
- For a
wedding, we'll be at the rehearsal and attend to all of the final details;
and
- On the day
of your simply sensational memorable event we'll attend to all of the
details so you, your family and friends can enjoy themselves.
We promise to:
- Return
your calls, emails, text messages and voice mail messages within 24
business hours;
- To the
best of my ability assist you to stay in budget;
- Listen to

We make wedding planning a pleasure with our Five-Step Wedding Planning
Process. This system has been proven on over 1000 of our clients, so we know it
will work to create your dream wedding too! We plan and design each and every
wedding according to this system to take the stress off of you. And the most
astounding part of it all is that you don't have to do this alone.
Get Real. We know it's hard but necessary.
Getting real with your wedding budget and your guest list is a must. These
are two vital aspects to properly plan your wedding. You simply cannot skip
this and avoid the stress. We'll discuss how much money is there for your
wedding...seriously. Regardless if you have $20,000 or $200,000 there NEVER
seems to be enough, so we customize your budget planner for YOUR wedding. You
will learn ways to get more "bang for your budget," no matter what
the dollar figure is. In addition we will provide you with a guest list
template to get a down to earth guest count. You absolutely cannot have a
working budget without a realistic guest list. Do this right once and you're

We will start out designing your wedding with what we call your
"Inspiration session." This will help you to figure out what you
want, not just what others have told you. Then together we'll discover your own
aspirations and turn these into your wedding theme. We'll be there to help and
guide you along the way. We will detail out all your wedding inspirations, not
just think about them. Then, your dreams will become reality right in front of
your eyes as we translate your inspirations into your dream theme! We will get
things started off on the right foot with our whole wedding plan and your
organizational process. This will allow you to understand what's truly involved
in planning your dream wedding and get focused on your priorities. We then put
it on paper with color pictures. We will focus on one fabulous wedding element
at a time to get things done efficiently and effortlessly.
