We took this picture up close and personal to be able to show off the detail work in the icing as well as the vintage pearls, brooch and bow.

Usually you want to pick no more than 3 flavors to incorporate into your cake.  Why...too many choices can overwhelm your guests.

 The candy buffet started to become big a few years ago, however, it has been expanded to include desserts - remember to stay within your theme to make the biggest impact.
